Terms & Conditions — nbajae Platform Agreement

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Any reference to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms & Conditions refers to nbajae. Any reference to "you" or "your" refers to the Player or any individual accessing the Platform.

To register an Account on nbajae and access the Platform's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not have previously had an Account on nbajae that was suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts must be registered and operated in your own name and for your own personal recreational use only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability or guardianship who lack contractual capacity are not permitted to register.

Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the nbajae registration form by providing a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a unique username, a secure password, and any additional identity information requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. By submitting your registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

nbajae reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform if eligibility criteria are subsequently found not to be met.

18+  The nbajae Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Access by minors is prohibited absolutely and without exception. This restriction applies to all products and services available through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all promotional offers.

nbajae operates a robust age verification programme. At any point — during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at nbajae's discretion — we may require you to submit documentary evidence confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents for age verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Passport (any nationality, currently valid)
• Birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladesh government authority
• Bangladesh driving licence with photograph and date of birth

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by nbajae will result in the temporary suspension of your Account. If verification is not completed within 30 days of the initial request, or if submitted documents confirm that the Account holder is under 18 years of age, the Account will be permanently closed and any balance within the Wallet will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses or promotional funds received.

As a registered Player on nbajae, you undertake the following obligations in respect of your Account at all times:

Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nbajae login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. nbajae will never ask for your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while it is authenticated with your credentials is presumed to be your own activity and you bear full responsibility for it.

Prompt Notification of Breach

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, or if you believe that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify nbajae immediately via the live chat support channel or by email to [email protected]. nbajae will take immediate steps to secure your Account pending investigation. nbajae shall not be liable for any losses incurred prior to your notification of a suspected breach.

Accuracy of Account Information

You must keep all Account information accurate, current, and complete at all times. Any change to your registered mobile number, payment method details, or other personal information must be reported to nbajae support promptly. Providing false or outdated information, or failing to update your Account details, may result in delays to deposits and withdrawals and may trigger additional verification requirements.

Personal Use Only

Your nbajae Account is for your personal, recreational use only. Commercial use of the Platform — including systematic data collection, automated betting via bots or scripts, or any activity conducted in a professional or commercial capacity — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from nbajae.

All financial transactions on the nbajae Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nbajae does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladesh-based banks)
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum Deposit Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile financial service transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), ৳1,000 for card payments, and ৳2,000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set at the account level and may be adjusted by nbajae's compliance team based on account verification status.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11pm BST (UTC+6) on any given day are typically processed within 10–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect in your account.

Withdrawals above ৳50,000 per transaction are subject to enhanced identity verification before processing. nbajae reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion, particularly where the withdrawal amount is disproportionate to the Player's historical deposit and wagering activity.

Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your nbajae Wallet are legitimately yours, are not derived from illegal activity, and are not being used for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. nbajae cooperates fully with any legitimate law enforcement inquiry relating to financial activity on the Platform.

nbajae offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a fully verified Account in good standing and who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. If no multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be removed from the Wallet without notice.
• Certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate — or may not contribute at all — toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Full contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• nbajae reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in wherever practicable.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

nbajae's promotional calendar is closely aligned with Bangladesh's cricket season and cultural calendar. Seasonal offers tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches, and Bangladesh Tigers international series will be announced on the Platform with their own specific terms at the time of launch.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the nbajae Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published in the relevant sections of the Platform.

Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet or wager is considered placed and binding only upon confirmation being displayed on screen within the nbajae Platform. Bets that are pending network transmission or that are interrupted due to connectivity failure prior to confirmation are not considered placed. nbajae accepts no liability for bets that do not reach the Platform due to network issues on the Player's side.

Palpable Errors

nbajae reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or technical error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "palp". Bets voided under this provision will be refunded to the Player's Wallet at the original stake amount. nbajae will use reasonable diligence to identify and correct palpable errors promptly but cannot guarantee that all such errors will be detected before bets are placed.

Match Postponement and Abandonment

For cricket and other sports betting markets, if a fixture is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all associated bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Wallets. Partial results (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results in cricket) will be honoured where a recognised result has been determined by the relevant governing body.

Casino and Slot Game Results

All casino and slot game outcomes on nbajae are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the relevant game provider. Game results are final upon completion of each game round. nbajae does not have the ability to modify individual game outcomes and shall not be liable for any outcome that a Player considers unfavourable.

Maximum Winnings

nbajae may apply maximum single-bet winnings or maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits at the account level or as a Platform-wide policy. Where such limits apply, they will be disclosed to the Player prior to or at the time of placing the relevant bet. Any winnings in excess of the applicable limit will not be payable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajae Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged or altered verification documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform in any way.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under aliases, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account activity, structured wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other strategy that nbajae determines to constitute abuse of its promotional programme.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with casino games on your behalf without prior written consent from nbajae.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets based on non-public insider information, or in connection with any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice involving a sporting event.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to share information, manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games, or otherwise act in concert in a way that damages the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
• Money Laundering: Using the nbajae Platform as a vehicle to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Reselling access to the Platform, operating an affiliate scheme without written authorisation from nbajae, or using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly approved by nbajae.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, software vulnerabilities, or technical errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to nbajae immediately and will not be honoured.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your nbajae Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, nbajae will process the closure within 2 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and will be actioned within 24 hours.

Suspension and Closure by nbajae

nbajae reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any related policy, including the Responsible Gaming Policy and Privacy Policy.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A chargeback or payment reversal being initiated by the Player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a valid order or request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Determination that the Player is located in or is a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed by nbajae for breach, any balance within the Wallet may be forfeited in whole or in part at nbajae's discretion, particularly where the balance was obtained through means that constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. nbajae will notify you by sending a message to your registered contact details before any inactive account fee is applied. After notification, an administration fee may be deducted from any remaining real-money balance at a rate of ৳200 per month for as long as the account remains inactive. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed without further notice after the inactive period.

All content on the nbajae Platform — including but not limited to the nbajae brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphical elements, text content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of nbajae or is used under valid licence from third-party rights holders such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

Your registration as a Player grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended personal recreational purpose only. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from nbajae.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice displayed on or within the Platform.
• Use the nbajae name, logo, or branding in any context outside the Platform without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of nbajae's intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajae's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbajae shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated winnings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond nbajae's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages.
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is incorrect due to a technical error, where that error has been corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits nbajae's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

nbajae reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects Players' rights or obligations — nbajae will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect. Notice will be given via a prominent announcement on the Platform and/or by direct communication to Players' registered contact details.

For minor, non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability), nbajae may update these Terms & Conditions without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms in full. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account before the amendment's effective date.
